# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The air fryer creates that crunch everyone fights over without hovering over a hot stove
  • You can make two sandwiches at once which means nobody has to wait their turn
  • Cleanup consists of wiping out one basket instead of scrubbing a buttery pan
02 -
  • Air fryers vary so check at the three minute mark on the second side to avoid burning
  • The buttered side goes face down first so it melts into the bread creating that crispy seal
03 -
  • Add a thin layer of grated parmesan to the buttered side for extra savory crunch
  • Place a toothpick in each sandwich before cooking if they feel very tall to prevent them from opening
