03 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
07 - 1 small garlic clove, minced

→ Toppings

08 - 2 tbsp honey
09 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
10 - 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
11 - 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
12 - Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

13 - Pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables

# Directions:

01 - Place feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor. Blend until very smooth and creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.
02 - Taste the mixture and add more lemon juice or olive oil if desired to balance flavors.
03 - Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow bowl for presentation.
04 - Create a swirl on the surface with the back of a spoon, then drizzle generously with honey and a little olive oil.
05 - Sprinkle the dip with chopped dill, mint, cracked black pepper, and optionally crushed red pepper flakes.
06 - Present immediately alongside pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
