Marshmallow treats themed for Halloween, featuring playful Frankenstein decorations and easy kid-friendly steps.

# Components:

→ Marshmallows

01 - 12 large marshmallows

→ Coating & Decoration

02 - 7 ounces green candy melts or white chocolate colored with green food coloring
03 - 1.75 ounces dark chocolate or chocolate candy melts
04 - 24 mini chocolate chips
05 - 24 candy eyes
06 - Black decorating gel or edible marker
07 - 12 lollipop sticks

# Directions:

01 - Insert one lollipop stick into each marshmallow, pushing the stick halfway through for support.
02 - Heat green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl per package instructions until smooth and fully melted.
03 - Submerge each marshmallow in the melted green coating, ensuring complete coverage. Allow excess to drip off then stand upright in a foam block or glass for setting, approximately 10 minutes.
04 - Melt dark chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl. Dip the upper third of each coated marshmallow into the chocolate to form Frankenstein’s hair. Let set briefly until slightly firm.
05 - Place one mini chocolate chip on each side near the base of the marshmallow while chocolate is soft to imitate bolts.
06 - Secure two candy eyes on each marshmallow using a small amount of melted chocolate or candy coating as adhesive.
07 - Use black decorating gel or an edible marker to draw a mouth and stitches for added character.
08 - Allow all decorations to set completely before serving.
