04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

06 - 1 to 2 teaspoons finely minced fresh ghost pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - Pinch of salt
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease two mini muffin pans (24 cups total) or line with paper liners.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 24 squares sized to fit muffin cups.
03 - Gently press a dough square into each muffin cup, shaping it up the sides.
04 - Add 1 teaspoon pizza sauce to each cup. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then add a slice of pepperoni.
05 - Carefully sprinkle a small amount of minced ghost pepper over each cup.
06 - Sprinkle each bite with Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle with olive oil.
07 - Bake 13 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
08 - Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped basil if desired and serve warm.
