# Directions:

01 - On a large serving board or platter, use a gingerbread man-shaped outline drawn on parchment or a large cookie cutter as a guide.
02 - Layer prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey breast to outline the gingerbread man’s arms, legs, and head on the board.
03 - Fill the body area with alternating slices of cheddar and Swiss cheese, mixing colors and textures.
04 - Place black olive slices as buttons, cherry tomato halves for cheeks, cucumber slices for hands and feet, and red bell pepper strips as a scarf or smile.
05 - Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese along the arms and legs to resemble icing decoration.
06 - Arrange crackers, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, arugula, and remaining meats and cheeses around the figure for easy access.
07 - Serve the platter with whole grain mustard and fig jam on the side.
