# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.
02 - Cover the bowl or jar securely and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, allowing the oats and chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid and soften.
03 - In the morning, stir the mixture thoroughly. If the consistency is too thick, add a small splash of milk to reach your desired texture.
04 - Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, chopped nuts, or nut butter as desired. Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
