# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all components are well integrated.
02 - Swirl the creamy peanut butter into the oat mixture, intentionally leaving some streaks for textural variation if desired.
03 - Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and the pinch of salt, if using, ensuring an even distribution.
04 - Divide the prepared oat mixture evenly between two individual jars or airtight containers.
05 - Cover each container tightly and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften, a minimum of 8 hours.
06 - In the morning, stir the chilled oats to loosen them. Serve cold, adding extra dollops of peanut butter or a sprinkle of chocolate chips for garnish if preferred.
