02 - 1 cup pumpkin puree
03 - 1/4 cup warm milk
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 1/4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

09 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
12 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
# Directions:
01 - Combine warm milk and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the surface and let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add pumpkin puree, egg, and softened butter to the yeast mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
03 - Gradually add flour and salt to the wet ingredients while mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
04 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic, or use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment.
05 - Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
06 - Punch down the dough, divide into 12 equal portions, shape each into a ball, and arrange them in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
07 - Cover the rolls loosely and let them rise for 30 to 40 minutes until puffy.
08 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
09 - Bake the rolls for 20 to 25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
10 - While the rolls bake, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic, salt, and chopped parsley.
11 - Brush the hot rolls generously with the garlic butter immediately after removing from the oven.
12 - Serve the rolls warm for optimal flavor.
