# Components:

→ Dairy

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (9 oz), thawed

→ Sauce

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or line with parchment.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry into a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Press each pastry square gently into a mini muffin cup to form shells.
04 - Place one Brie cube into each pastry shell.
05 - Spoon approximately ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce atop each Brie piece.
06 - Sprinkle chopped nuts and rosemary over each bite if desired.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Allow bites to cool slightly before serving warm.
