02 - Add pumpkin puree, sour cream, light brown sugar, powdered sugar, instant espresso powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and a pinch of salt. Continue beating until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture with a rubber spatula until completely blended and fluffy.
05 - Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Present alongside graham crackers, ginger snaps, apple slices, or preferred dippers.
