04 - 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

11 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced into thin strips
12 - 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
13 - 8 black olives, halved (for decoration)
14 - 8 pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced (for decoration, optional)
