# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Zero cooking means you can literally assemble this while half-asleep and have breakfast ready to grab.
  • It tastes indulgent like dessert but actually fuels your body with protein and fiber that keeps you full until lunch.
  • The flavors get better as they sit overnight—the oats absorb everything and become this amazing creamy texture.
02 -
  • Don't skip the gentle stir in the morning—everything needs to come together so the flavors distribute evenly throughout.
  • If your peanut butter seems too thick to stir easily, add a splash of milk and it'll loosen right up and blend beautifully.
03 -
  • Make a batch of two or three jars at once so you have grab-and-go breakfasts all week without the repetitive assembly.
  • If your peanut butter keeps clumping, try spreading it thin on the oats first before adding the jam—it distributes more evenly this way.
