01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine plain Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using, in a mixing bowl.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the tip and immerse in the yogurt mixture until fully coated, allowing excess to drip off.
04 - Place each coated strawberry flat-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
