# Components:

01 - 3.5 oz aged cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 3.5 oz firm mozzarella cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

→ Olives

03 - 3.5 oz black olives, pitted and drained
04 - 3.5 oz green olives, pitted and drained

→ Garnish (optional)

05 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - Crackers or breadsticks, for serving

# Directions:

01 - On a large square or rectangular platter, place cheese cubes and olives alternately to create a chessboard effect, starting with cheddar, then black olive, mozzarella, and green olive.
02 - Continue laying out the alternating pattern until the entire platter surface is covered, maintaining consistency.
03 - Optionally, sprinkle finely chopped parsley evenly over the arranged cheese and olives for freshness.
04 - Present immediately with crackers or breadsticks alongside.
