  • Vegetables: 1 package (10 oz/280 g) frozen corn thawed, 1 Tbsp oil (vegetable or olive)
  • Southwest Dressing: 1 1/2 cups (360 g) mayonnaise, 1/2 cup (120 ml) salsa, 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk, 3 Tbsp taco seasoning, 1 Tbsp ground cumin

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat the oven and bake the chicken tenders according to package instructions.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salsa, milk, taco seasoning, and cumin. Whisk until smooth. Set aside.
