03 - 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened (optional)

04 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - ½ tsp dried thyme
07 - ½ tsp dried dill
08 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
09 - ¼ tsp onion powder
10 - Pinch of black pepper

11 - 1 tsp lemon zest
12 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
13 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
→ To Serve
14 - Pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread
# Directions:
01 - Place feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese (if using), olive oil, dried oregano, thyme, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into a food processor or high-powered blender.
02 - Process for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and modify seasoning to preference if needed.
04 - Spoon the whipped feta into a serving bowl, drizzle with additional olive oil, and sprinkle with lemon zest, fresh herbs, and red pepper flakes if desired.
05 - Serve immediately with pita chips, vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread.
