03 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

06 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
07 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; adjust chipotle quantity to taste. Set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
03 - Warm flour tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until flexible.
04 - Spread 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla. Arrange shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado (if using) along the center.
05 - Place 2 slices of crispy bacon per tortilla on top of the vegetables. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
